  • Build and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and SOPs in Notion and Intercom

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting across CSAT, FCR, and handling time metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a comparable role

  • Healthcare or SaaS experience strongly preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-factor technical issues

  • Experience building knowledge resources and driving continuous improvement

  • Availability for 1:00 PM–9:00 PM EST shift plus one overnight on-call per week
