What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and credentialing initiatives for new providers — set timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure success

  • Maintain and submit accurate provider rosters to payers; handle discrepancies and escalations

  • Work with credentialing verification organizations (CVOs) and insurance payers for credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment

  • Manage systems and workflows so providers can activate and begin serving clients without delays

  • Act as liaison between the Member Onboarding & Operations team and cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, CX, Network Operations)

  • Communicate with external partners and payers; resolve issues in provider onboarding/enrollment
