What You’ll Do (The Remote Work):
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat, tracking everything in a ticketing system.
Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate support issues related to the Twin digital product, sensor-related problems, and general product/service queries.
Maintain accurate, high-quality documentation for all steps and activities undertaken to resolve client issues.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams (including international teams in India) to ensure a consistently high customer experience (NPS).
Work with third-party vendors to resolve IoT medical device issues.
Contract Role: This is a 90-day contract role with the opportunity for extension.
On-Call: Ability to be on-call during some holidays and weekends (rotation).
Who You Are (Required Qualifications):
3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles.
Completed a post-secondary program (preferred).
Must be able to pass a background check.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of staff and a diverse member base.
Must be passionate about the success of members and skilled in handling difficult conversations.
