Garner is also looking for a Remote Member Operations Analyst to be the founding support expert for a brand-new product. This is a unique opportunity to do more than just help members—you'll shape the entire customer experience from the ground up, working directly with company leadership. As a Member Operations Analyst, you'll be the voice of the member for a new, innovative product. You will report directly to the VP of Product and play a critical role in the product's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level support to members on complex issues via phone, chat, and email.

  • Partnering with leadership to define, build, and improve the ideal member experience.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and member satisfaction.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert on member issues and relaying crucial feedback to the product and operations teams.

  • Serving as a trusted guide to help people navigate their health benefits and find high-quality, affordable care.
